Survey: Understanding Covid-19 vaccination and booster

At Essex County Council, we have worked hard to support the Covid-19 response, including the vaccination programme.

For this reason, we need your help to understand how residents feel about vaccinations and booster vaccinations. Your views are really important to us.

Participants will be asked to complete a short, online survey. It is estimated to take approximately 5 minutes.
