What we’ll be up to…
• Meet regularly outdoors for fun, activities & adventure
• Discover about sustainability
• Outdoor cooking
• Nature/ bush craft, creativity & design
• Get involved in our allotment garden
When & where…
• Saturday mornings and Wednesday afternoons from 1st September
• You will be part of this club until late spring next year
• ‘Down to Earth’ allotments Melbourne Park, Chelmsford (possibly move to WF UK site
at Chatham Green to run the afternoon sessions during the winter)
What we would like you to do…
• Be a regular member of the group to help us make our projects and activities happen
• Share your ideas with us – your input counts!
What we will help you achieve…
• Increase your knowledge about how to help protect our environment and sustainable everyday living plus how to grow your own
• Find out how to connect with nature by learning what fun activities you can do outdoors
• Socialise with other kids your age, who enjoy nature as much as you do
• Gain a ‘voice’ in promoting action against climate change and become an eco ambassador for your school
• Get involved in projects to create greener places
Sessions: Saturday morning 10-12 & Wednesday afternoon 4-6pm (approx. until May next 2022)
Sessions are free but BOOKING is ESSENTIAL
