This session will explore how we can co-design solutions and collaborate effectively within strained systems to make physical activity a reality for all.
Dr William Bird MBE will discuss the concept of Health Creation, a proactive approach to health and wellbeing. He will share insights on moving from passive dependence on healthcare to taking responsibility for our health, enabling us to live and work at our full potential in harmony with ourselves, each other, and the planet.

She will share her ideas, encouragement for the future, and insights on prevention challenges, relationships built, and key learnings.
