As the pandemic has put a strain on the NHS, it means that other patients who are suffering from life-threatening illnesses awaiting treatment have been impacted. Ondie Wood’s Cancer Rehab Fitness classes and compassionate outlook have offered much needed relief through targeted exercise and a support group to those most in need.
