“I have always been into exercise and nutrition but for one reason or another I’ve never been consistent with it and have dipped in and out. I think the main reason I hadn’t stuck to any groups or classes was not being able to afford it followed by lack of time as I have 3 children and I work. I have also suffered from depression and anxiety which I still battle with from time to time but working on my fitness and nutrition has helped me in more ways than I can list!
I am so incredibly keen to share the benefits of exercise, both physical and emotional, and make it accessible to EVERYONE.
Along with 3 of my friends we currently run a completely free fit club session every Monday at 10am in the park in Coggeshall (more dates and locations to come) as being outside is also really good for the soul! We plan an aerobic style exercise which is easily adaptable to any ability and we just work out, have a chat and a laugh together. There is no judgement or pressure and you can turn up and do as much or as little as you like.”
