Hi, my name is Kerry and I have been working with Essex Pedal Power since 20^th June 2022, as an Administration Support Officer. I think most people know or know of me as I am normally the first port of call in the Jaywick office. The idea of working for Essex Pedal Power filled me with excitement as I love to help and work with people. I have always worked within the care sector, and it warms my heart to know that the impact I make on people’s lives is for the better and giving out bikes ticked my box!

I have a few gaps in my career as I have been very lucky to take time out to raise 3 beautiful children, my youngest loves to cycle and is very good at advertising Essex Pedal Power as he loves what the project does as much as I do!

I feel that I have gained lots of new skills and a love of exercise since working this job as I regularly like to go to dance classes as well as skate and of course cycle!

I do hope that this project continues to run as I can see how beneficial it is for everyone who knows about it, and I love to keep spreading the word about how local people can get involved.
