I work as an Emotional Health Practitioner and recognise the importance of a healthy body, healthy mind. I’m a full-time working mum, so time can be limited when it comes to keeping fit. But with exercise, you can start slowly, and find ways to fit more physical activity into your life.
I don’t work out to look good, I work out to feel good. During exercise, your body releases chemicals that can improve your mood and help you feel less stressed.
I’m also a Little Miss Chatterbox and I love how with nearly every sport there’s a community, and these communities’ welcome new people to join their sport. Therefore, it’s easy to make new friends and they too, will help you to progress towards your goals quicker. With sport everybody is included.
