My name is Dara, I am 14 years old, and I live in West Thurrock. I love to watch football (I support Arsenal) however, my favourite sport to play is netball. I am on the netball and rugby team in my school as well as an Anti-bullying Ambassador. I plan to take on boxing.

I wanted to be a Move With Us Ambassador because I enjoy all sports, and I would like to help other young people find a sport that they are deeply passionate about for their mental health, social skills and  future health.
