I have signed up to the challenge as a means to channel powerful positive energy through the power of the superhero spirit with my Son and fellow Essex All Together Superheroes and Sidekicks and our wider Team Iron Man, as we will propel virtually around the world together.

The Superhero Series of events have always played a positive part during challenging times for our family and while we enter another challenging time, the focus on this challenge I hope will help us through these times. I am looking forward to going on plenty of Superhero Adventures with my Son and on occasion solo when it is needed as we clock up the km’s to contribute.

I am hoping this will help with my ongoing self management living with Fibromyalgia and I am very excited to be celebrating my 30th birthday in Superhero Style during the challenge too (I would love to be able to celebrate with a birthday Superhero Tri just like I have done before).

Out of the challenge I would like for wider engagement and participation in future events with more Superheroes and Sidekicks from Essex spreading the power of the superhero spirit through being active. I hope we can have opportunities as a team to connect and engage virtually and physically together as the challenge goes on.
