Hi My name is Tara and I’m the founder of Roots to Wellbeing. I’m going to be delivering Tai Chi for Health every Tuesday morning to help you relax and be ready to start your day. Tai Chi for Health is one of many opportunities we offer within our organisation Roots to Wellbeing. All the opportunities and activities we have are inclusive and support you in your physical wellbeing and mental health. We use the 5 Ways To Wellbeing to achieve this, these are to: Keep Learning, Give, Connect, Take Notice and Be Active.
