Hi, my name is Jana. I am from Sweden, but have lived in Essex for the last 11years. Before settling in the UK, I lived and worked in South America, Hong Kong and Singapore, to name a few places.
I have always been passionate about keeping fit and healthy and am an active marathon runner, kettlebell enthusiast and love practicing yoga. As an experienced UK Athletics qualified Running Coach I work with runners of all abilities, both groups and individuals. I have helped many absolute beginners to successfully complete their very first 5k, as well as half marathon runners achieve new PB’s through tailored training plans.
In addition to running, I coach circuit-based sessions, which is a great and fun way to challenge your body and gain fitness fast.
With my Lev4 Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management I teach and guide my clients on how they can lose weight without counting calories or following fad diets, and how healthy eating easily can become part of everyday life.
I founded Nutrition and Body Goals since I believe that healthy food intake is one of the most important parts of a fitness programs. My aim is to make my clients feel happy and confident about themselves, and to help them achieve that through training and nutrition.
