Amelia’s Barre sessions will walk you through the basic steps and teach you all the necessary movements. All you’ll need is a little bit of space and something to lean on like a stair banister!
Hi! I’m Amelia.
I’m a Personal Trainer and Dance Teacher, working with clients 1-2-1 and teaching a variety of styles including Barre Strength – an exercise class that combines ballet and fitness to help you strengthen and stretch, and perhaps even discover new muscles you’ve never felt before!
I’m excited to be able to share my love of fitness and dance for you to try in the comfort of your own home – you don’t even need to have any previous dance experience!
