Thank you so much to everyone who shared their Essex Activity Hero stories with us throughout October! It is important that we end this year on a high, come together as a county, and recognise those who have gone that extra mile in what has been a challenging year. We received so many nominations which shared the stories of 200 different individuals, clubs and organisations who have kept us active throughout 2020, and we want to celebrate and highlight their outstanding contributions to their community.
During the 30th November – 5th December we will be sharing some of the amazing stories from individuals across the county. You will see the Celebration Week timetable soon, so stay tuned on our social media for the announcements and keep an eye on this page for the full stories we’ll be adding daily! They are all true Essex Activity Heroes.
