Senior Manager of Youth Engagement

Senior Manager of Youth Engagement leads the Youth Activation team at Essex Cricket in the Community; their aim is to get more young people active through cricket. They will manage all youth programmes across Essex and East London, ensuring young people can access the game.
The Senior Manager of Youth Engagement will be responsible for leading both the delivery and growth in schools.
