Impulse Leisure are currently seeking motivated Leisure Attendants (Lifeguards) to join our team, to undertake a range of duties in the wet and dry areas of our centres, overseeing the general safety and behavior of the public to prevent injury, misuse and damage to our facilities.

(Variable working patterns to include early mornings, late evenings, weekend and bank holiday working hours)

Applicants should be experienced in working with children and be strong confident communicators with excellent customer care skills. You should possess a Level 2 Badminton coaching qualification and have the ability to adapt your delivery to suit various skills and abilities in order to create an environment to motivate and encourage participants.

Our Senior Fitness Instructors help to teach, supervise, monitor and mentor member progress through regular and effective communication, and a genuine desire to accelerate their progress. You’ll assist the Fitness Manager in leading a team to ensure a consistent quality member experience, including maintaining facilities to the highest standards, and the promotion gym floor classes and challenges.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and self-motivated individual to work as part of our swimming team here at the centre.

The successful applicant must be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for the health and safety of members of the learn to swim programme.
