We have noticed that whilst there are benefits to working from home, it can sometimes mean we stay seated for longer and are doing less physical activity. We know that to step away from the desk and to remain active helps stimulate the brain, making us more productive and is great for our mental and physical health.

To help you with this, we are holding various live workout sessions via Zoom throughout the week! The sessions for March currently take place on Monday morning, Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoons, we have also thrown in two longer sessions this month too!
