The Emergency First Aid course delivers basic emergency life support and includes the more common causes and treatment of bleeds, soft tissue and skeletal injuries.

Each session will be tailored slightly depending on the sports represented on the night. This is to cover the injuries that may occur in those sports.

The workshop will provide participants with sufficient information to be able to manage an incident until more qualified help arrives.

This is the recommended course for sports coaches. Candidates will be issued a certificate at the end of the course which is valid for 3 years.
