Job title: Chief Executive of Parkinsons UK and trustee of Farleigh Hospice

Caroline wants to work with the Active Essex Board to develop support for people with existing health conditions to allow them to live their best lives through  being active and helping to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Caroline is also keen to learn more about activities that are inclusive to all communities and is particularly keen to champion walking football locally. Caroline is an avid parkrunner and this year (2022) hopes to complete her first marathon – proving that a little bit of activity can go a long way!
